Refund Policy:
The Refund Policy, is quite simple.
If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your service(s), we wish to make you as happy as possible. Therefore, a 50% refund, is always available for a dissatfied customer.
In the event of cancellation of service appointment(s), we REQUIRE 24 hours notice, and a 100% refund will be issued.
ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE PROVIDED FORGIVENESS- HOWEVER, ONLY CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.
CANCELLATIONS WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE, WILL REDUCE YOUR REFUND BY 25%.
THEREFORE, YOU WILL RECEIVE 75% OF YOUR TOTAL REFUND.
Refunds will be issued immediately to the original form of payment used to schedule the service(s).
Remember, not all banks are alike and therefore, please expect a 3-10 day turn around for your refund.
